The latest stories move further toward AI’s adoption in established industries. AI retail adoption, autonomous-vehicle testing and regulated financial products make the city a proving ground, but the Amazon episode and current seed-deal decline suggest that regulatory legitimacy, local response and capital availability will determine how much of that activity becomes long-term growth.
