These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of texxr.com (the "Site") and the TEXXR Pulse API (the "Service"), operated by TEXXR ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service
TEXXR provides a tech news intelligence platform that includes:
- A searchable archive of tech news articles with semantic search capabilities
- A knowledge graph of structured relationships between tech entities
- Entity intelligence, momentum tracking, and signal detection
- An API (TEXXR Pulse) for programmatic access to the above
- Editorial analysis and daily posts
Accounts and API Access
To access the API, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key. Do not share your API key or use it in client-side code where it could be exposed.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Free Tier and Usage Limits
The free tier provides 1,000 API requests per month across all endpoints. Usage beyond the free tier requires purchasing credits. Rate limits apply: 30 requests per minute for standard endpoints, 10 requests per minute for semantic search endpoints.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, rate limits, and free tier allocations with reasonable notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to build a competing product that substantially replicates TEXXR's core functionality
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data beyond what the API provides
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security measures
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Resell raw API data without adding substantial value
- Misrepresent your identity or the source of API requests
You may use API data in your own applications, research, analysis, and publications with attribution to TEXXR.
Intellectual Property
The Site's editorial content (posts, analysis) is original work by TEXXR and its contributors. The article metadata in our database (headlines, sources, dates) is factual information sourced from publicly available tech news coverage.
You retain ownership of any applications or analysis you build using the API. We retain ownership of the Service, the knowledge graph, embeddings, and editorial content.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance or other reasons.
TEXXR's editorial posts represent analysis and opinion, not investment advice or professional recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEXXR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
