Car brands are pulling ads from Twitter claiming content moderation concerns. Or...is it because one of their largest competitors now runs Twitter & they aren't sure how he can use that to his advantage by gaining insights into how people engage with different car brands / ads?

More big advertisers pause Twitter spend. https://www.wsj.com/... (this is all of much greater financial consequence than blue checks... could have been mitigated by having content moderation group in place when Elon took over... or at least by now).

I'd really hate to see the @twitter I know fade away but firing the top execs, charging for verified badges, and planning on cutting the Twitter workforce in half doesn't sit well with me. Now, this. It may be bye bye Twitter if things start going south. https://twitter.com/...

Advertisers pause on Twitter. Probably waiting for a determination from the Treasury as to whether or not the purchase will be investigated by CFIUS. https://twitter.com/...

It's only a debacle if he wants to make Twitter profitable. If he wants to permanently destabilize global democracy, it's an investment. The US federal government should seize the asset as a national and global security risk. https://twitter.com/...
