NEW: facebook will start rolling out podcasts on the platform next week, on june 22nd. podcasters can link up their rss feed to automatically publish there and decide whether to allow listeners to make minute-long, shareable clips of their show https://www.theverge.com/...

This is one platform I very definitively will not be adding The Weekly Stuff Podcast to, because Facebook is a profoundly evil organization that should not exist. https://twitter.com/...

Podcasts are coming to Facebook! Can't wait for Facebook to slowly throttle your podcast reach and eventually make you pay to reach subscribers before Facebook eventually loses interest in the program altogether leaving their podcast section a ghost town. https://www.theverge.com…

@HarshKetanJakh1 Traditionally content creators have invested time and money in Facebook only to see it go to waste, so I'll stick with Apple, Spotify, and other traditional podcast players until I can anticipate a proven return

Let me say now, that this show will never be available through Facebook. For myriad reasons, I cannot conscionably do that and remotely feel good about myself. https://twitter.com/...

Wow @QueenEliminator just had an amazing moment on this first Facebook live audio room - where she held Zuck to answering the question about a creator middle class and revenue share. Thanks for doubling down on the question - doing better than some congressmen do at this haha

The fact that every major platform is is just cloning the features of every other major platform is a pretty strong counter to the argument big tech advocates often make that massive scale breeds innovation. https://twitter.com/...

the bull argument for this is “tap our vast network and democratize your voice” but also kind of defeats the point of getting away from a central point of control....
