Apple Music with Spatial Audio + Lossless Audio is available in iOS 14.6, iPadOS 14.6, macOS 11.4, or tvOS 14.6 or later, according to Apple.

Remains unclear whether lossless streaming will be able to be heard on Apple's own headphones. At minimum Apple says Hi-Res Lossless requires an external DAC. Lossless is a wholly opt-in feature due to high data usage.

Apple press release says they will send Dolby Atmos music to any W1 / H1 headphones, so we'll have to see how good the ‘spatial audio’ effect is. Currently, “Spatial Audio” is only supported on AirPods Pro and AirPods Max.
