New rumor: Apple is planning to enter the HomeKit camera market itself?  Unless this device is being conflated with the longer-rumored Apple smart home display.  However, the rumored 2026 timeframe for the camera makes it seem like a distinct product, as the smart home display seems more like a 2025 thing based on the latest reporting.

M4 Pro chip is the only M-series chip that did not get a standalone press release on the Apple Newsroom. It was in the Mac mini PR. I wonder if there will still be a standalone M4 Pro and M4 Max press release today? (Even though most M4 Pro details would be redundant.)

Some people are failing to understand the magnitude of this leak because the M4 MacBook Pro is boring vs. the iPhone 4. The specs don't matter here, it's the fact several people have apparently got their hands on an upcoming Mac. This is *extremely* rare territory for Apple.

Yes, it's seemingly just a minor spec bump for the 14" MacBook Pro, but several people allegedly having an unannounced Mac in their hands potentially weeks in advance to me is absolutely on the level of the iPhone 4 left in a bar in terms of the magnitude of the situation.

Apple says iPhone 16 + iPhone 16 Plus batteries use a type of adhesive that can be loosened with low-voltage electrical current, such as from a 9V battery. This confirms the batteries have metal enclosures. Apple says this change doesn't extend to the iPhone 16 Pro or Pro Max.
