5/ In private practice, Mike worked on traditional finance matters and crypto matters over the last ~6 years. I can speak with experience that Mike is one of the best practitioners (& practical advisors) on how complex products and tech interact with legacy finance systems/rules.
2/ Mike's served for the last ~8 mos as Chief Counsel of the Crypto Task Force & senior advisor to Chairman Atkins. But his knowledge isn't restricted to securities. Mike is a CFTC guy and cross jurisdictional expert on the Commodities Exchange Act and Federal securities laws.
