For starters, this will represents the biggest upgrade in Siri's 13 year history. I estimate about 80% of Apple's 2.2B+ installed base can access Siri (1.25B are iPhones, 200m iPads, 200m Watch and 50m HomePod, 50m AppleTV). That means Apple already has massive distribution of Siri. The challenge has been getting consumers to engage with it.
