    NVIDIA says its RTX Spark Windows on Arm chips will run every Windows app ever made, squashing concerns that some x86 apps or games won't be compatible. It seems the company is confident that buyers won't need to be worried about some apps not being compatible.

    NVIDIA and Microsoft are trying to frontrun Apple WWDC Right now, Apple is the leading “Edge/Home” AI Platform with Apple Studio. Apple is rumored to release an up to 1TB RAM Version of Studio soon. Them front-running WWDC suggests that the rumors could be true.

    I was talking to someone about it yesterday Apple silicon was so well architected from the start to just offer the best perf per watt and unified memory, chiplets, Arm, large cache, etc Then as AI made you push your hardware more, the benefits of these choices started to show

    Apple's silicon strategy was so ahead of its time. This is quite similar to my four year old M1 Ultra w/ 128 gb of unified memory. It has ~800 GB/s of memory bandwidth vs 300 for the RTX Spark, too! [image]

    The PC industry is great but NVIDIA's networking business (for example) will be 20x annually the dollars they get from PC chips. Agentic PCs are exciting but let's keep in mind this is a small amount of dollars for a company that will do ~$400b this year and ~$600B next year.
