Nvidia announces the Nvidia Groq 3 LPX, an inference server rack featuring 256 Groq 3 LPUs, 128GB of SRAM, and 40 PBps SRAM bandwidth, available in H2 2026

Nvidia announced Monday at GTC 2026 that its new Groq-based inference server rack will be available alongside the Vera Rubin NVL72 rack …

The most anticipated announcement of the keynote: NVIDIA is announcing a new LPU, the @NVIDIA @GroqInc 3 LPU, that pairs with Vera Rubin NVL72 via a dedicated LPX rack connected over Direct C2C. Claims are 35x inference throughput over Blackwell for trillion-parameter models. The…

It's called groq v3. It's the second chip launched though. One of the reasons groq had one chip over 7 years might have meant a failed design. Looking forward to more arch details. FP8 support seems confirmed, but MX? Int? It's still deterministic. So... Batch 1??

So remember when everyone was saying the Groq partnership made no sense because of the static compiler and SRAM architecture doesn't make sense for Nvidia And I was saying no this makes sense because it gets away from CoWoS/TSMC and HBM bottlenecks and lets them increase speeds

OK here we go. Same architecture, scaled up. 500 MB SRAM per chip. Jensen saying up to 25% of your datacenter could be groq. 8 way systems for 4 GB SRAM. Use dynamo for attention Decode only. Working over ethernet on special mode to half latency. Samsung LP4X. Ship in 2H/3Q. [ima…

Assuming Jensen is building on the $500b over 5 ish quarters then the $1T by end of 2027 is 9 quarter ish then.

Don't be a buyside dum dum. Use some critical thinking skills and your brain. The more than $1 trillion order visibility through 2027 number Jensen said is for “right now where I stand.” That leaves 21 more months to add more orders. $NVDA Nvidia

Four key takeaways from 2.5 hours of keynote: 1.  Jensen says growth in CY27 will be likely above 40%.  The Street is at 30%.  2. Tiered pricing on tokens will become more pronounced given they claim to be the “inference king” with Groq powering the smartest tokens that users wil…
