One of the demos Google had of testing Gemini in Sheets was giving it raw data and having it process into 5 or so real estate listings in SF. Here's a folder with ChatGPT in Excel, Claude in Excel, and Gemini in Sheets with the same data/prompt https://drive.google.com/...
