Mastercard expands Masterpass to include in-store payments, first arriving on Android devices in the US this month, unveils API for banks and other partners

MasterCard is now Mastercard, or even mastercard in some cases.  Sometimes you won't even see the name at all — instead you'll see the iconic red and yellow Venn diagram.
