    @ASvanevik You don't pay $250m, that's not how bail works. You borrow $25m, usually with 10:1 ratio from a bondsman, put up some asset (their house) as collateral. Which is ironic since it's borrowing that got us into this whole mess in the first place.

    The SEC is effectively trying to ban tokens & blockchains beyond Bitcoin within the US. They insist that a token is a retail instrument that must be registered as a security, but they have not shared a single token they believe is exempt. Registration is technically impossible.
