Apple says no changes were made in iOS 15.2 that would've toggled iCloud Private Relay off and that no carriers have blocked its users from using the feature
Some iPhone users this week noticed that iCloud Private Relay suddenly stopped working with their cellular connections.

My comment in @WiredUK about why some telecom operators may be skeptical about Apple's Private Relay: they loose visibility of traffic, the thing may be very popular (unlike VPNs or Tor). But it should not be their business: question of network neutrality. https://www.wired.com/.…

When Internet operators explain that they are spying on their users' meta data, DNS requests, IP addresses... 😡 /e/OS has been working on a similar “private relay” feature that will be unveiled soon, for free and for everyone. #mydataisMYdata #privacy https://www.wired.com/...

A quick look at Apple's Private Relay and some of the concerns its facing in Europe. Since publishing yesterday, am led to believe carriers still have concerns they had last year https://www.wired.com/...
