    EUV (13.5nm) based litho tool (from ASML) is not needed up to 10nm, even 7nm ‘can be managed’ (with SAQP using 193i litho). India can start with ~65nm, then 20s.. then think 10s or sub-10nm. But some are confused that lack of EUV is causing no #FabInIndia https://www.nytimes.com/…

    The 21st Century equivalent of “correlation of forces.” Of course ships and aircraft and nuclear weapons still matter, but advanced microchips are the rocket fuel for those systems/platforms and that is where China faces a major disadvantage. Good read. https://www.nytimes.com/..…
