I've noticed this general phrasing that sort of implies that the US is pawning off chip manufacturing to TSMC because it's cheaper for low difficulty manufacturing, like Foxconn. This couldn't be further from the truth, the US cannot match TSMC in TECHNOLOGY. https://twitter.com/…
