Netflix CEO Reed Hastings has made Ted Sarandos, his content boss, co-CEO. Which makes it that much more likely that Sarandos becomes fulltime CEO. But: The other likely candidate to run Netflix, product boss Greg Peters, is still in the mix, and is now COO as well.
