This graduation closes a loop opened over the previous year and a half: Google introduced Cloud Bigtable as an enterprise NoSQL service in mid-2015, then rebuilt Cloud SQL that December with a second generation scaled to 10TB per instance. Moving all three services out of beta together is the moment the database portfolio stops being an experiment and starts carrying production commitments.
