Kuo: Apple plans to mass produce new AirPods with camera modules by 2026, which will include an IR camera like the iPhone's Face ID receiver, for use in AR/VR

According to a new report from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple is targeting to begin mass production of new “AirPods with camera modules” by 2026.

    My prediction for Apple's AI device (a la Humane or Rabbit ) 🚨 Apple AirPods will get camera 📸 to get all “view around us”. AirPods with their microphone + headphone + camera can give any generated AI answer to things around. A real life AI device without screen !

    This makes absolutely no sense. All this will do is get AirPods banned in some companies. Leave cameras for smart glasses.

    This is an odd rumour. #AirPods Pro already track the user's head movement, and so does #AppleVisionPro. So this looks like more of a refinement of the existing technology, perhaps to cut down on latency, which is low, but noticeable on current models. https://appleinsider.com/..…
