Intel says it will sell 49% of its Ireland Fab to Apollo for $11B. It signed a similar $15B deal w/ Brookfield for a stake in its Arizona fab. Separately, S&P posts a A- credit rating for $INTC but maintains a negative outlook citing low free operating cash flow due to fab costs.…
