    The $20 billion Intel headlines are weird. It's “up to” $8.5 billion in direct grants and “up to” $11 billion in loans. The $25 billion tax credit benefit is the interesting part. All of it so far non-binding and preliminary, subject to due diligence. https://www.barrons.com/...
