We want to help streamers keep doing what they love, so we can all keep loving what they do. Introducing the Partner Plus program. Check out the blog for more: https://blog.twitch.tv/...

Cool that ppl can qualify for a 70/30 split, but why is there a cap?? U should want your talent to do even bigger numbers, not cut their pay. What other jobs do this? Maybe I'm just uneducated on this topic. Open to hearing others thoughts of course. https://twitter.com/...

Wasn't the original requirement for this ~500 subs (before gifting existed) AND access to a partner rep who would be willing to give you the contract? It will be easier to get it with the new changes, a goal to strive for https://twitter.com/...

If you can maintain 350 individual tier 1 subs (not gifted) for 3+ months, you already have a substantial following and may as well get the additional 25% on top outta the gate moving your audience to Kick where you arent kept on a leash. Yall's enthusiasm from this is baffling h…

I so wanted to be excited for this announcement, but instead I feel less valued by Twitch. This move is only a TINY step in the right direction to help streamers live better, but that 350 paid sub requirement creates a big barrier to entry. (1/3) https://twitter.com/...

A very small step in the right direction. Maybe we will reach the bare minimum soon 🤷🏻‍♀️ https://twitter.com/...

Just so you guys know 350 re-occurring subs means this. Sub gifts do not count. 350 tier 1's sustained for months means you are an already medium sized streamer. This only helps the people who were ALREADY doing well. It's ONLY for partners so if you new/smaller you aren't... htt…

Ok this was the 5% of you that was keeping me on twitch i worked so fkn hard to reach partner and now its worth nothing OFFICIALLY moving to YouTube Streaming. ✅ canceling my contract and setting up asap. Funny how I came full circle I'm home @YouTubeGaming https://twitter.com/..…

“You must make us $2,625 over 3 months for us to give you the industry standard split.” There shouldn't be a sub threshold for creators to get the split they deserve. In my opinion, this misses the mark again. https://twitter.com/...

Prime and gifted subs don't even count. Update only affects the top 0.01% of streamers only. Tired of being disappointed by twitch these last couple months https://twitter.com/... [image]

Competition is so healthy for creators. But Twitch still needs more, because this isn't good enough. Rumble gives 100% of sub revenue for 2023. https://twitter.com/...

    Imagine thinking 70/30 is a good split. Join @zbdapp and keep 99%! https://zbd.gg/... https://www.theverge.com/...

Twitch has just launched a new Partner Plus tier that offers the 70 / 30 revenue split to more streamers. You'll need to be a Partner and have at least 350 recurring paid subs for 3 consecutive months to qualify for the program. Good first step tho https://www.theverge.com/...
