Re-upping this. The big theme with iOS 27 AI is Apple doubling down on being the AI platform of choice for other company's services, while also trying to make its own at least competitive.

Another new feature: assigning different voices in Siri to default, in-house Siri and when you're using an external chatbot within the voice assistant like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.

This is awesome 👏 You can set ChatGPT Images 2.0 in Image Playground. Gemini in Writing Tools. And so on. Available across the whole iOS 27 system. I like it.

Right now ChatGPT is an option in Image Playground, Writing Tools and Siri. This will open up to other providers who add support via their App Store apps. Apple is testing Gemini and Claude.
