Amazon has been coordinating with vendors and major retailers — including Target, Walmart, Chewy, and Home Depot — to raise prices across the market. This is a widespread scheme spanning years across markets — and it's illegal. We're fighting to stop it. [video]

1. Boy, Amazon is in a heap of trouble. Evidence made public today by California AG @AGRobBonta shows blatant price fixing. And there are so many examples. Here's Amazon scheming with a pet food supplier to get Chewy to raise its prices. [image]

Wow, AG office throwing out infographics. lol. It's Amazon related but if I am being honest, this rarely affects me as a seller and doesn't really crack my top 100 issues with Amazon.

We're sharing new evidence in our case against Amazon clearly showing the megacorporation is involved in price fixing. It's clear as day: Amazon is colluding with vendors and other retailers to make your life more unaffordable. We'll see them in court. [image]

This should make your blood boil. Amazon is using its market power to coerce major retailers to hike prices at Walmart and Target. It is pouring kerosene on an affordability crisis. Forcing price hikes to preserve market share is illegal monopoly maintenance, clear as day.
