@SebAaltonen ASUS and Qualcomm view it as something you compare on price, not core count and this is $1600 and a MacBook Air compete With that in mind, I think comparing to M5/M4 Pro is fair-ish but not what I'd do

These Snapdragon X2 Elite laptops are insane Achieving over 2x faster results in many tasks and apps than M5 in a laptop that's as light as the MacBook Air and cheaper than a similar spec Air is crazy While also getting 27+ hours of real battery life [image]

The new Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme looks great! ASUS laptop has a nice 3K 120Hz OLED display too. Review nitpick: Old M4 Pro had a smaller 14-core CPU, while the new M5 Pro shares the same 18-core CPU die with M5 Max. Reviewer chose to benchmark against the old M4 Pro...

I tested the Snapdragon X2 Elite inside the new ASUS Zenbook A16 and Zenbook A14. 2x faster than the M5 MacBook Air in multi-core. Cyberpunk running at 45fps. 20 hours of battery. 48GB of RAM. $1,599. No dedicated GPU. Full review 👇 [image]

The @Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme is FINALLY here! The CPU perfomance is absolutely insane. It's now the fastest Windows CPU in the world. And GPU is now 2.3x faster than original X Elite. Basically neck and neck with Intel Panther Lake B390 GPU. Video: https://www.youtube.com/...…
