There is a 103% chance that Trump threatens to use the DOJ to block the Netflix-Warner Brothers deal and clear a path for his buddies at Paramount if they don't fire Rice. (even higher percentage chance that he actually does it with or without an explicit threat)

Netflix has been saying the DOJ's review of its WB deal is a normal merger review. A leaked document suggests otherwise.
