  @ylecun @Melissahei I am worried what war will look like in the future when AI is added. Russia has no scruples using cluster munition against civilians so good luck with treaties.

  @wellingmax @Melissahei Serious question: wouldn't the upcoming availability of AI weapons enable so-called “surgical” targeting, and thereby make the use of massively destructive weapons (like cluster munitions that cause civilian “collateral damage") more obviously war crimes.
