Don't use AirBnB. Don't rent from AirBnB. If you are so lucky as to own rental property, don't rent on Airbnb. Rent to a worker in your community, at a reasonable price, so ppl can live near where they work and be members of your community https://www.curbed.com/...

Airbnb, VRBO, and all other short-term rental services are gutting communities. If you have to travel, don't use them. If you are traveling with others, don't shrug and go ‘oh well someone else did it’ if they made the booking. https://twitter.com/...

Probably a bad thing that the laws preventing new hotels or apartment buildings from being built are vigorously enforced, but the law effectively banning turning apartments into Airbnb's appears to barely be enforced at all https://www.curbed.com/...

Airbnb is such a wonderful company. It's a shame people want to exclude others from our communities rather than focusing on how to be more inclusive, but NIMBYism is always like that. https://twitter.com/...

Inventory in all of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and northwest Queens has been hovering well below 10,000 units — as of April, the number was just 7,669. Which is several thousand less than the number of entire-apartment and entire-home Airbnb rentals available https://www.curbed.com/...

all of the “sharing economy” should be made illegal, seized, broken into a million pieces and scattered into the wind, burnt with fire, whatever we gotta do to make it stop https://www.curbed.com/...

Would love to see someone run for office on a scorched earth anti-airbnb platform https://www.curbed.com/...

airbnb is one of those things that's good in small doses but must be aggressively regulated because it quickly becomes cancerous https://twitter.com/...
