$18 million for a $59 billion company is insulting to the victims and public. That is not enough to incentivize real change and better work conditions. Smdh https://www.polygon.com/...

Activision Blizzard should release any claimant that was forced to settle from any restriction that prohibits them from seeking additional settlement to allow them to access the EEOC fund.

Activision is settling with the EEOC by creating an $18M fund for eligible claimants. $18 million. That is NOTHING. Activision's FY2020 revenue was $8.1 BILLION. They just bought their way out of one of these suits for a song. https://investor.activision.com/ ...

This is the fourth lawsuit related to the Activision Blizzard gender-based discrimination and sexual harassment allegations. The company is also under investigation with the SEC (discrimination) and the DOJ (Overwatch League). https://twitter.com/...

In agreement with the EEOC, we will create an $18 million fund for employees and are making new commitments to create a more inclusive and respectful workplace. CEO Bobby Kotick: there is “no place” for discrimination, harassment, or unequal treatment. https://activisionblizzard.…

Activision Blizzard previously dismissed the California lawsuit as not representing “the Blizzard workplace of today.” Now its settlement with EEOC sets up an $18 million relief fund, but only for people who worked there as recently as September 2016. https://investor.activision.…

The people affected by Activision Blizzard's shitty culture deserve their coins no doubt, so this is a start. But if they still haven't met @ABetterABK 's demands and stopped pressuring employees not to speak out in their workplace then this is a weak and prob reluctant response.…

Reports incorrectly characterized the EEOC's complaint against the company as an ongoing dispute. We have reached a comprehensive agreement with the EEOC that is subject to court approval. https://activisionblizzard.com/ ...
