  Instagram for Kids will be an electronic playground that will be targeted by predators—grooming behavior of young girls called “boyfriending” is already a problem on other platforms. I joined 43 other Attorneys General today in urging Facebook to reconsider this new product.

  Our lawsuits against Facebook and Google are just two examples of the importance of bipartisan, state antitrust enforcement to protect consumers and promote competition. Congress must provide the funding states need to support these and other resource-intensive efforts.
