My theory is that Apple doesn't want iPhone users to be frustrated after plugging USB-C peripherals that are not supported. With a proprietary connector they can keep the “it just works” promise. https://twitter.com/...

Ugh. “We believe that USB-C is detrimental to the MFi business's profitability, and its waterproof specification is lower than Lightning and MagSafe.” https://appleinsider.com/...

The fact that the iPhone ‘may’ get 120 Hz is slightly concerning. No one wants to wait another year for the feature. It is long overdue and Apple needs to add it this year. https://twitter.com/...

If the refresh rate is more than 60Hz I'll upgrade this year. https://twitter.com/...

The iPhone will be completely port-less before Apple adds USB-C. https://twitter.com/...

I pray Touch ID is permanently replaced by Face ID on all ⁦@Apple⁩ products. Because it's so temperature sensitive it literally never worked consistently for me. I have 5 fingerprints on my iPad mini and none work, despite resetting almost daily. https://appleinsider.com/...

“2022 iPhone may remove notch in favor of hole-punch design” Looks like the 2022 iPhone will be on par with the Galaxy S10! https://twitter.com/...
