What went wrong with Cyberpunk 2077? Interviews with more than 20 current and former CD Projekt staff paint a complex picture. Unchecked ambition, technical woes, unrealistic deadlines, and above all, one belief: “We made The Witcher 3 — it'll work out.” https://www.bloomberg.com…

CDPR can't stop screwing up. Now the studio head is saying 20+ employees aren't reputable sources, and that the game actually isn't so bad bc it got 9s and 10s from PC gamers. IT WAS REMOVED FROM PSN IN AN UNPRECEDENTED EVENT. This guy needs to be REMOVED from leadership ASAP. ht…

Incredible that cdpr internally buy into the “witcher 3 is the best game ever made” hype that is pretty obviously untrue for any gamer who doesn't see geralt as a desirable self-insert.q https://twitter.com/...

“Actually our game is great. Did you see the scores?” is a hell of a take. Every time one of the execs talk, they manage to find a whole new foot to shove in their mouths. Also it's PAINFULLY obvious you're avoiding talk about making your workers crunch... Because you did that. h…

You're right Adam ‘missing’ features is totally part of the creation process I'm sure you guys always planned for Cops to spawn in 10 feet behind the player or for cars to follow pre-determined paths because the game has no driving AI. https://twitter.com/...

If twenty staffers are willing to speak on the record, anonymously or not, it says a lot about the work environment there. Workers risk a LOT by speaking to press—calling these 20 sources frauds just says you believe CDPR's intimidation tactics are working. https://twitter.com/..…

You'd think developers would have learned this playbook doesn't work anymore? https://twitter.com/...

super interesting read on what went wrong with Cyberpunk. It's very clear this game should not have been released in 2020 https://twitter.com/...
