This only took 5 years for the FTC to investigate and resolve. I'm not exaggerating. This is why we need an FCC that treats ISPs like common carriers. When a DSL provider throttled a VOIP provider in '05, it took 3 weeks for the FCC to stop it using Title II. https://twitter.com/…
