The Amazon deal falling through killed them. Also doesn't help that competition surpassed them in a market that they controlled for so long.

iRobot is bankrupt. Quite literally destroyed by regulators. Amazon as fist hand how many dozens of cheap Chinese knockoffs were sold on their site and wanted to buy them anyway. Somehow our FTC and politicians thought a robot vacuum being knocked off by dozens of Chinese
