    To create a satellite constellation truly competitive with Starlink requires a lot of up front cash. More satellites = (1) more capacity and (2) a better line-of-sight “look angle” between a ground terminal and satellites. Go big or go home. Or find a market niche.

    That deadline is from the FCC, to keep satellite operators from hoarding spectrum the agency set aside. Normally, getting an adjustment to Kuiper's license would be straightforward. But some are asking whether that will hold in Trump's (and Elon's?) Washington. [image]
