    I'm shocked how bad Apple is at GAI. I thought for sure that we would see a major lift in 2H24 based on Apple's ability to field some credible and useful capabilities and then market the heck out of them. Instead we got opt-in AI GenMojis, generative edit that works

    By the time Apple actually releases all the promised iOS 18 features, iOS 19 will have already been announced. Samsung and Google were able to get their AI features to work day 1. Why not Apple? Small indie company, I guess 🤷‍♂️

    The company has been planning to introduce the technology as part of iOS 18.4, the version of its mobile operating system coming in April. But now Apple is considering delaying or limiting at least some of the overhaul until iOS 18.5, which will be released as early as May.
