The EU is planning these regulations because the products being sold on these marketplaces could be counterfeit or unsafe, are bad for the environment, and are “unfair competition” to European businesses.
Such massive overreach. How can they expect a company to accept liability for a product bought on their website, charged by their company, and delivered by someone wearing their uniform from a truck with their logo on it?! [embedded post]
