    Hell yeah!  If the blood glucose monitoring on the watch ever ships I'll be the first person in line to buy it.  Saying it would make my life easier (and last longer) would be an understatement.  Right now my insurance only covers enough test strips for me to test my blood sugar …

    Makes a lot of sense here but wonder what the scope will be. Tracking food intake is incredibly difficult. It's always a burden to have people remember to add the food and to accurately enter it. AI will eventually help this, but wonder what Apple's approach is.

    the moment the Apple Watch can measure blood glucose I'll buy it from all my family members (yes, I know it won't be precise but it's still useful to measure spikes after meals and overall trend)

    @markgurman Awesome! I was prediabetic, went full on low glycemic. Lost 15 pounds of fat (per DEXA scan) and I'm not at risk now. Go to war internally to heal yourself if you're prediabetic. It's possible.

    Eating better is probably better (and definitely cheaper!) than using GLPs. Apple's focus on health is impressive. Incidentally, apples do not spike blood sugar. They're a good food in general.
