    Tyler is correct to have a tempered view. A PPA doesn't leverage Google's vast balance sheet. W/ NVIDIA GPUs, Google pays capex for the equipment. Here, the capex requirement is on the startup (with a much higher COC), & startup holds all the technology & performance risk. Same
