This is not a drill: we are in one of the most consequential election yrs ever. Tech co's need to show that their policy guardrails are back on the books, that critical election-integrity teams are staffed & trained up, & well-trained and resourced ppl oversee the robots. 16/
While the accord touts AI's beneficial ability to flag deceptive content across languages, the signing co's don't commit to staffing up in-language teams needed to ensure that the tech isn't flagging false positives or missing imp. nuance only a human moderator could detect. 15/
