    TLDR: - This is related to transfer pricing (a classic in corp finance) - This will not get resolved anytime soon and will be fought in court for many (many) years

    State aid is a field of competition law like merger control. Now, the U.S. case is purely about transfer pricing. The way it works legally is that there is a range of what would be “arm's length” pricing (i.e. what total strangers might agree upon). 🧵2/2
