    If winning the AI copyright lawsuits is key to publishers' leverage here, they're probably going to be disappointed. But you're already seeing side deals, like OpenAI-AP, that mimic Google and FB's prior news deals. https://www.semafor.com/...

    this is the fight publishers should have had around 15 years ago. they're also no longer naive like they were back then, and the same tired talking points from techcos unlikely to resonate. could be an expensive problem for goog, fb, mcst. https://www.semafor.com/...
