OnePlus Pad review: a bright screen, excellent build quality, and snappy performance, but limited built-in apps, subpar keyboard and stylus, and a mid-tier CPU

OnePlus' first tablet brings high-end features and specs to a midrange price point.  It reminds me of the OnePlus we used to know.

    i reviewed the OnePlus Pad, the first of two maybe interesting Android tablets coming out this year.  —  It's quite good for watching Beavis and Butt-head — the screen is tremendous, especially for this price — but it's not a great productivity tablet. …

    The OnePlus Pad is kind of quite good. It's still an Android tablet, with the flaws inherent to that, and full of weird quirks like having phone apps installed and ignoring the 12L dock, but... it's good. My full review on @9to5Google https://9to5google.com/... https://twitter.co…

    This just might be the best mid-range tablet for Android users. Nearby Share, Multipoint Connectivity, Google Messages, Google Meet. It's all there. Plus you can have any Android smartphone & headphones you want. They don't HAVE to be a OnePlus smartphone or headphones. https://t…
