    - Welcome home = obvious smart home reference. - The Apple logo was created with threads of yarn/fabric = Thread, the smart home protocol linking everything together
  • @stephenrobles Stephen Robles on x
It's THREAD, like the smart home standard! I understand it now.

Hand-sculpted and painted characters for stop-motion, practical props and lighting for the MacBook Neo commercial, handmade puppets, and now embroidery for Apple Home Apple has gone out of its way this year to emphasize its marketing is made by humans, not AI [embedded post]

Well this is awkward.. 9:00AM ET for an Apple “Experience” instead of Apple Event. Also, the Apple Events website has not been updated, and isntead, the Newsroom site simply shows the Event teaser image. So is this an Apple Event or is this not an Apple event? @rsgnl

Apple has officially teased new products coming on October 13 👀🍎 Rumours have been building for a while around updates to Apple's home lineup, with a new Home Hub, HomePod mini and Apple TV 4K all expected to be in the mix. If the rumours are right, this could be Apple's biggest …

Very interesting that Apple didn't put the 10:00AM PT time into the invitate! They're now simply putting October 13, even cutting out the ‘th’ like they usually would (October 13th) Definitely a smart home-focused Apple Event with Apple TV, HomePad & HomePod mini 2
  • @appltrack @appltrack on x
Apple is referring to their October 13 home launch as an “Apple Experience,” rather than a full-on Apple Event. They previously used this terminology when announcing the MacBook Neo in New York earlier this year.
