A U.S. judge on Thursday blocked the Pentagon's blacklisting of Anthropic, the latest turn in the Claude maker's high-stakes fight with the military over AI safety on the battlefield.

    @nytimes Nah. National security in within the bounds of DoW procurement code. This will be appealed and overturned. The US government needs to be able to filter out risks. That's why Huawei is not allowed (in the US or many Western nations infrastructure).
