Anthropic debuts a “reflection” dashboard in beta for Free, Pro, and Max users with memory turned on, to track their Claude activity over 1, 3, 6, or 12 months
Today we're introducing, in beta, a new way to reflect on and refine how you use Claude.

Anthropic first expanded Claude memory from Team and Enterprise to Pro and Max, then brought it to free users with controls to pause or delete memories. The reflection dashboard is built on that broader availability: it is limited to users who have memory enabled.
Recent Claude updates have also added in-chat chart and diagram generation for all users in beta. Together, these releases extend Claude from a single-session conversational tool toward one that can retain context and summarize a user’s longer-running activity.
