    Blacklane a highly predictable experience, but it doesn't do real-time pickups (nor should it, since it's for special use cases) 1. I use it exclusively at the Austin airport because they are allowed to park closer to the terminal, and they come help with the bags. 2. I

    This is what I've called Product M&A. Uber didn't need Blacklane's revenue (rumored at ~$300M). They bought the operational backbone to deliver on a vision they've JUST put in market. It's the same playbook I've seen with Amex buying Center. You buy the product (and credibility)
