We just released Claude Code channels, which allows you to control your Claude Code session through select MCPs, starting with Telegram and Discord. Use this to message Claude Code directly from your phone. [video]

anthropic's openclaw-killer is complete. fucking crazy what they've shipped in 4 weeks: - texting claude code - 10,000s of claude skills + MCP - Claude security (autonomous bug-fixer) - persistent memory (claude never forgets) - channels (text claude from telegram) - autonomous

I can't wait to interact with my production codebase via the same service I use to shitpost about video games.

I'm not gonna bet against Claude Code, but there is a very important lesson in product competition going on right now, and it's this: The features ≠ the Product

OpenClaw made Anthropic completely pivot Quite literally every single release the last month has been an answer to OpenClaw • Telegram messaging • Scheduled tasks • Remote sessions A 1 person led open project caused a 1/2 trillion $ company to completely change everything

Ok Anthropic is coming at OpenClaw hard 😅 Competition is good for users

This is a research preview that we'll be expanding more on. Read more in our docs on Channels here: https://code.claude.com/...

Even though every AI company is building their own version of OpenClaw (which is smart!), I haven't seen any of them get anywhere near the love and passion that OpenClaw inspires. There's something special about the OpenClaw experience that's hard to copy.

every day it becomes tougher and tougher to justify openclaw or hermes over just using claude code directly.. still think there's merit to them but will there still be in a month or two?

“babe wake up.” Claude just dropped channels. It's over for OpenClaw. [video]

The ability of the Claude team to learn from things like OpenClaw and implement features like this on a daily basis is a very strong argument that, for AI-powered coding teams, a very different software development process is possible, with large strategic implications.

They are slowly releasing every OpenClaw primitive
