The First Amendment is concerned with protecting speech in the United States. That includes the right to speak anonymously, as every 4chan user does, and the right to refuse foreign age verification mandates. Your 2023 law doesn't override 250 years of American independence.

The UK continues to insanely fine a company with a website in the US that does not do any business or advertising in the UK. 4chan even added an IP block for the UK. What more can a company do? How can every website be subject to the content rules of every country on earth? It's
