    At 291 pages...there's a lot to say about Blackburn's proposal. Page 95 caught my attention. Can anyone point me to any research on a 30 minute reminder that you're using AI leading to any other outcome than a user being really freaking annoyed? [image]

    The US needs a minimal framework for AI, but the Blackburn bill is a non-starter because it's far too heavy-handed and covers a wish list of special interest asks and does not address real harms. What I think a better bill would focus on: -AI safety research and measurement
